This episode marks the launching of a special series in partnership with the World Trade Institute (WTI) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the WTO. In this first episode, we welcome Professor Peter van den Bossche and Minister-Counselor Erika Watanabe to discuss the significance of the Uruguay Round agreements and the newly created Dispute Settlement Body, from the perspective of Professor van den Bossche’s personal experience in the organization.

This is the first of a three-episode series that will also cover the reform of the Dispute Settlement System and the future of the WTO.

Don’t miss this and the upcoming episodes!
